In March of 2024, just after the publication of The Glass Cliff, I was invited by France 24’s female-focused news show The 51% to join them live in studio and on air to discuss The Glass Cliff book and phenomenon – looking at the leadership barriers that women still face, why the phenomenon persists 20 years after it was first identified, and what we can all do to move beyond it.
