I was invited to give a talk at Stylist Live at Home about How to Be An Anti Racist Ally. In the 40 minute talk I spoke about the difference between not being racist and being actively anti-racist. I explained privilege, and encouraged people to identify the areas where they’re not struggling, in order to use those to uplift others. I then explained the race and gender pay gaps, and end with tips for people to build into their working lives to be the best anti-racist allies they can be.
