I was thrilled to speak to Mother Tongue about food, culture, and where the two intersect.
From Mulberry foraging in East London, to our first planning meeting in an Essex pie and mash shop, we discussed our culinary backgrounds, and the ways the culture expresses itself through food and cooking.
And, of course, we discussed jelly, aspic, and what food trends are better left in the past.
