I was invited by Furturebook, the Booksellers’ annual conference around the future of publishing, to be the opening keynote speaker of their 2023 event – speaking on the topic of The Glass Cliff.
During the 20 minute keynote, which opened the conference for the day, I spoke about the lack of senior female representation in publishing, the impact of both the Glass Cliff and the Glass Escalator, and why good enough is simply not good enough.
